Keep your lashes on point – tips from the eyelash extension experts
Prepping for your dream lashes – ensuring your eyelashes are prepped correctly before treatment is just as important as the aftercare. Arrive to your appointment without eye make-up. Ideally it is best to not use any mascara on the day as any slight trace of make up or oil can affect the eyelash bond.

Stay dry – when you leave the salon feeling at the top of your game with your beautiful new eyelashes, it’s important to keep your lashes dry for at least 24 hours as water can unsettle the glue in this initial phase. When showering avoid getting your face wet and make sure you have washed your hair the night before your appointment. If you are a gym bunny please bear in mind that you will have to avoid the gym for 24 hours (sorry!). Also avoid steam rooms/saunas.
Don’t play – you should not be playing with your lashes. We know it’s tempting because they are so luscious and new but fiddling with them can cause damage to your natural lashes and also change the longevity of your extensions.
Get regular infills – to keep your eyelashes looking great, it is important to get your infills every 2-3 weeks. It will be hard for us to maintain a full and flawless look if you wait any longer and you may end up needing a whole new set. Besides, no one wants gappy lashes!
