- Please ensure you complete the forms prior to your appointment.
- A booking fee is required to secure all appointments, which will be deducted from your payment after your treatment. (If you are using a voucher to pay for your treatment and experience any difficulties applying the voucher code please call the salon for assistance to secure your booking on 01256 363417).
- If you need to cancel, or re-arrange your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, otherwise you’re booking fee will not be redeemable and the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
- Unfortunately we are unable to take bookings for any children under the age of 16.
